Nick Peraua is the new Head chef at The Marina. He takes over from Shannon Hale who has moved on to another Trust property, the Lincoln Green. Nick has worked at a number of local West Auckland establishments such as Soljans Estate Winery.
We also have two additions to the Front of House team. Hunter Qu (at left) is a Duty Manager who brings considerable skill and talent for one who is relatively new to the Hospitality field.
