  Nick Peraua - Head Chef



Nick Peraua is the new Head chef at The Marina.  He takes over from Shannon Hale who has moved on to another Trust property, the Lincoln Green. Nick has worked at a number of local West Auckland establishments such as Soljans Estate Winery.

Nick has been awarded the NZ Beef and Lamb award for excellence in 2005, as well as having cooked for three Prime Ministers.
 
 Nick has a great love of top quality produce, simply cooked and prepared to let the natural flavours shine through. He is very much looking forward to bringing out his first menu as Head Chef. He says that some of the old favourites will stay, but there will be a selection of new dishes with wide appeal.
